Celebrity chef specials

Last month, Ryman villages across New Zealand welcomed celebrity chefs Jax Hamilton and Tim & Sue Read for a series of popular cooking demonstrations, where they shared their passion for food, and their favourite recipes.

Inspired by these events, we're bringing two of their much-loved recipes to all Ryman village cafes. Enjoy Jax Hamilton's Lemon Meringue Muffin and Tim Read's Pork & Fennel Sausage Roll, now available throughout October.

Whether you attended one of the demonstrations or missed out, you can now enjoy a taste of the experience at your local Ryman café. Simply drop in throughout October and try one of these delicious recipes, no booking required.

Cafés are open Monday to Sunday, 9am-4pm.
