The base assisted living package includes daily chef-prepared main meals with three choices (including vegetarian options), daily morning and afternoon tea, weekly housekeeping, linen changes, towel service, electricity, heating, building insurance, rates, and window cleaning. Residents also receive 24/7 monitored emergency call bells, scheduled transport services, weekly Happy Hour, and full access to our wellness programmes, including our activity programme and Triple A exercise classes.
Support Plus expands on base domestic support by adding breakfast delivered to your apartment, an additional dining room meal, daily bed making, and personal laundry three times a week, with optional showering supervision and medication administration.

Ryman provides transparent pricing so you always know what you are paying for. Costs include an entry payment for the right to occupy the apartment, a weekly fee, and a Deferred Management Fee (DMF) which is deducted when you leave the village.
Your weekly fee covers electricity, heating, rates, insurance, building maintenance, housekeeping, daily chef-prepared meals, and amenities. You can choose between fixed weekly fees or indexed weekly fees linked to annual superannuation increases.
