Rest home residents receive the very best in clinical care, alongside the benefits of living in our friendly community. The care provided is specific to your needs. We can assist you with anything from showering and assistance with dressing, to administering medicines – it simply depends on whatever your needs are at that time.
Our dementia teams provide supportive, person-centred care where people living with dementia can experience support, comfort and purpose across our assisted living, rest home and hospital level of care. As the condition advances, our purpose-built environments provide an easy to navigate, secure and homely environment, calming outdoor areas, and design elements that support memory and orientation.
Ryman offer respite care across rest home, hospital, and specialist dementia levels of care. If you need extra support after an illness, hospital stay or rehabilitation, or you need a change of scenery, support, and social engagement, we can take care of you. This time also enables family caregivers to take a break or work during the day.
Ryman's palliative care service offers compassionate, holistic care for people with a life-limiting condition. We focus on comfort, dignity, and quality of life, attending to each resident's physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs. We also support and guide families and carers during this time.

As a care centre resident, you'll receive the very best in clinical care, alongside the benefits of living in our friendly community. We listen to you and create a detailed care plan with you and your family which takes your needs and preferences into account, right down to how you like your cup of tea.
Our registered nurses and carers are allocated to a group of residents – so where possible, you will be regularly cared for by the same person. Rest assured that at all times you will be treated with the utmost dignity, kindness, and respect.
There are a range of daily activities and outings available for your enjoyment, and you'll love the delicious meals freshly prepared on site by our village chefs. The food tastes great – and it’s nutritious. We serve up to 120 different meals each month, so the same meal won't reappear for four weeks unless it's back by popular demand!
