The Auckland property market has been a hot topic for some time now. If you’re an Auckland homeowner, it’s reassuring to watch your nest egg grow. However, increased property prices often go hand-in-hand with increased living costs. If you’re on a fixed income, this can create some uncertainty.
The lifestyle at Ryman’s Murray Halberg Village enables you to enjoy the rewards of the property value you’ve gained, while also fixing your weekly living costs to provide you and your family with certainty for the future.
When you live in a brand-new independent or assisted-living apartment at Murray Halberg Village, the cost of property rates, building insurance, exterior maintenance, gardening and window cleaning are all covered by the fixed weekly fee. That fee is fixed for as long as you live in your apartment* and our deferred management fee is capped at 20% – one of the lowest in the retirement sector.
Certainty about your living costs is just the beginning. The lifestyle at Murray Halberg Village makes it easy to stay connected and active because you’re surrounded by a supportive community with beautiful amenities right there on your doorstep. And should you ever need it, there is a state-of-the-art care centre on site with 122 care rooms offering resthome, hospital, and specialist dementia care.
Located on Commodore Drive in Lynfield, Murray Halberg Village is well worth a visit.
