Beauty in a new build

At Murray Halberg Village, a quality new retirement living option has emerged, with the Snell apartment block, named for Halberg's fellow Olympian Sir Peter Snell, nearing completion.

These two and three bedroom apartments are designed with the over 70’s in mind and are light and spacious with a thoughtfully designed layout.

The attention to detail in the construction and finishing of these apartments is excellent, say Project Manager Johannes Cronje and Regional Construction Manager Matt Hutchinson.

Everything is high-spec, built to last and beautifully finished. This quality extends through to things such as a silent fan system which quietly moves the air 24/7, preventing condensation. It can’t be heard, and it creates a healthier, warmer home for residents.

Natural light filters through full height windows and doors leading to a spacious balcony or patio, some with fabulous views over lush native bush.

“The finish on these is immaculate,” says Matt.

“There’s a lot of confidence in the construction team,” adds Johannes.

Accessibility inside and out

Apartments are designed for ease of accessibility with wide hallways and slip resistant flooring.

When residents step outside their apartment, this accessibility flows into the design of the village, making it easy for them to enjoy onsite facilities such as a bowling green, swimming pool, café and hair and beauty salons.

Service to and from the door

To make life at the village even more convenient, there’s a handy shuttle service which transports residents between their apartments and the Village Centre with ease. Residents just call reception to book a time and they'll be picked up at the allotted hour then dropped back home afterwards.

Whatever the reason for visiting the Village Centre - perhaps a dip in the pool, lunch in the café, or catching up with friends at Happy Hour - it's so easy with door to door service.

Often viewed as the social hub of the home, the spacious kitchens include a well-appointed benchtop with waterfall edges, high-spec cabinetry and a generous fridge cavity, making the whole space a pleasure to cook in and ideal for entertaining guests.

The bathrooms have Italian tiling and a level-entry, fully tiled shower, high quality fixtures and fittings, and plenty of storage. There’s also a hidden laundry area with a purpose-built tub, storage, and shelving.

The bedrooms offer a tranquil retreat, complete with a walk-in wardrobe in the master, and a full ensuite or adjoining bathroom.

A joy to live in

Whether residents prefer quiet nights in or are fond of entertaining, these apartments are perfect.

Set in beautifully maintained gardens, they offer quality and practicality with clean, spacious designs and a neutral colour palette. It’s easy for residents to add their personality to the interior, and exterior maintenance and window cleaning are included for a no-worries lifestyle.

They’re so safe and secure, and they’re also excellent value for money, making it easy to sleep at night in more ways than one.

Many of our residents say their only regret is that they didn't make the move sooner. But don’t take our word for it, come along and discover the apartment lifestyle for yourself.
