Ryman’s resident friendly terms are designed to protect you and your family, so whatever the future holds, we’ve got your back. From a base weekly fee that is fixed for the entire time you occupy your apartment or townhouse*, to a standard deferred management fee that is capped at 20% across independent and serviced units – one of the lowest in the retirement sector. We’re pioneering the way so you can enjoy a little certainty.

Ryman villages offer independent living, assisted-living apartments and rest home care.  Most of our villages also provide hospital and specialist dementia care.
