Running out of easy snack ideas? These fun apple chips are a snack for every occasion, they even make a delightful dessert topping. With only three ingredients, they’re almost too simple. Save this recipe for a rainy day – they’re fun to whip up and are well worth the wait!
Ingredients
2 apples, thinly sliced
2 tsp sugar
½ tsp cinnamon
Method
1. 1. Preheat an oven to 100°C.
2. Add the apple slices, sugar, and cinnamon to a bowl.
3. Toss until the apple slices are well coated.
4. Place a baking rack inside a baking tray with breathing space between the tray and rack.
5. Lay the apple slices on the rack. Avoid any overlapping.
6. Bake for 2-3 hours, checking halfway through to flip each slice over.
7. The slices are ready when they feel dry but are still pliable.
