Retirement living with a coastal vibe

Hobsonville Retirement Village is coming soon

Throughout the world people living in large cities can often find themselves weighing up the options between city living, and the allure of an easy lifestyle away from the hustle and bustle. That’s where convenient locations such as Hobsonville Point and Ryman’s new Hobsonville Retirement Village come into their own. Situated just 20 minutes from Auckland CBD, you gain the best of both worlds – an idyllic lifestyle with the ability to enjoy city attractions when you feel like it.

Community is central to the lifestyle at a Ryman village, where neighbours have time to stop for a chat and get together for the occasional BBQ. The surrounding community of Hobsonville Point reflects that sentiment perfectly, because staying connected and active is important at any stage of life. To top it all off, the Hobsonville area is brimming with everything you need for that easy lifestyle – shops, supermarkets and various amenities, it’s all there.

As for embracing the coastal lifestyle at Hobsonville, there are endless options to entice you outdoors. From scenic coastal walkways, parks and recreational sports fields, to Catalina Bay Farmers Market and the Ferry terminal which are both only a 5-minute drive away.

The freedom to live the way you want

Hobsonville Village will offer living choices to suit everyone, so residents can live the way they want and blaze their own trails. Our two and three-bedroom apartments are light and spacious, with clean lines and a clever open plan design layout that provides an easy flow throughout. If down the track you need more support, we offer assisted living in a serviced apartment and a full range of care options. That freedom and flexibility is empowering for residents and knowing care can be dialled up as needed means, quite simply, ‘no worries’.

Enjoy a little certainty

Our pioneering approach to retirement living includes resident-friendly terms designed to protect you and your family. Our base weekly fee is fixed for the entire time you occupy your apartment*, and our deferred management fee is capped at 20 percent – one of the lowest in the retirement sector.

These are just some of the ways we’re pioneering a new way of living for a new retirement generation.
