Approx cooking time: 6 min plus standing
INGREDIENTS
l egg
1/3 cup milk
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
280g frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
Salt and pepper to taste
Method
1. In a medium bowl whisk together egg, milk, cheese, garlic, salt and pepper.
2. Fold in spinach.
3. Use a microwave safe casserole dish, cover with plastic wrap and cook on high for 3 minutes.
4. Release the steam, recover and cook on high for another 3 minutes.
