Levain’s sweet treats are equally delicious and range from zesty lemon meringue tarts, mouth-watering carrot cake and gooey banoffee pie through to crème brûlée doughnuts and almond croissants bursting with frangipane filling.
What began with a modest team of three has rapidly grown to a team of 15 skilled artisans in less than two years. Trin Vo, the owner and chef behind it all, says she’s humbled and grateful for all the support they have received from the local community.
