Podcast #3- Going to the gym

Written by Kylie Williams
on July 27, 2020

Dr Doug and Dave discuss how important going to the gym is for those who intend to “live long and prosper”.

Dr Doug first joined a gym at 80 after falling down the stairs at home. He was intimidated about being ostracised at the gym – often considered the domain of younger people - but was delighted to see how many energetic, motivated people over 50 were there. Some recovering from strokes, some with Parkinson’s disease.

Join Dr Doug and Dave for a podcast that challenges assumptions and reveals exactly what goes on behind gym doors
