Ryman Healthcare COVID Christchurch update - 2 November

Written by Ryman Healthcare
on November 02, 2021

Dear residents and family members,

Further to our communication to you this morning, we have been very encouraged by the lack of any new Covid cases in the Christchurch region, so we are pleased to let you know that we will be relaxing our restrictions to visiting in the care centre effective 11:59 tonight.

Care centre residents – resthome, hospital and special care
Visits can now go ahead as usual with declarations, temperature checks and mask wearing.

For any visitors who are not vaccinated, we will facilitate your visit outside of the care centre, just let us know and we can arrange this safely.

Please make sure to check in at Reception.

We’d like to remind residents to wear masks when outside of home and everyone should use the Tracer app or record places visited.

Please feel free to ask our village team to clarify anything that is not clear.

Thanks for all your cooperation and support for our teams.
