Our one, two and three-bedroom apartments and townhouses offer a neutral colour palette so you can add your own personality to the interior, they're also fully air-conditioned for year-round comfort. Manicured gardens weave their way around the village offering a beautiful outlook from your apartment's balcony or terrace. Townhouses are nestled amongst those same gardens, and are strategically positioned so that the village centre is only a short stroll away.

We know how important it is to have certainty about your living costs. As part of Ryman’s residents friendly terms for independent living and serviced apartment living, your base weekly fee will never increase. It would only increase if you change from independent living to assisted-living in a serviced apartment, or you add extra care options.
Your fixed base weekly fee for independent living covers:

- gardening and ground maintenance
- maintaining and operating the community amenities
- exterior maintenance of your apartment, including inside and outside window cleaning

- call bells monitored 24 hours a day by our on-site staff
- village management and administration
