At Ryman, we like to think of ourselves as pioneers. That pioneering spirit has helped us grow into the company we are today. Developing, designing, building, and operating retirement villages and aged care communities across New Zealand and Victoria, Australia.
In Development, Design, and Construction we employ everyone from Foremen and Project Managers to Designers, QSs, Contract Administrators, and Health & Safety Advisors, to name a few. Our teams work on everything from multi-story apartment buildings and hospitals to mixed-use facilities and townhouses, completing projects ranging from $75m to $250m in value. We’re the client, designer and contractor - we really do it all!
