Residents gathered in the village lounge on Friday to not only celebrate the first happy hour post-lockdown, but the recent success of their much-loved Village Manager Karyn Nobilo.
Having been the Village Manager of Logan Campbell for three and a half years since its opening, Karyn has recently been promoted to a Regional Operations Manager.
Navigating the village through COVID-19, as well as keeping consistently high occupancy rates and achieving outstanding resident surveys, Logan Campbell’s Karyn also led the village to win the prestigious Village of the Year prize which was recognised at the 2021 Ryman awards in October.
Following in her footsteps is previous Resident Services Manager Rebecca McMillan, who has been appointed as the new Village Manager.
On Friday in her speech to residents, Rebecca noted that Karyn will be remembered for her exceptional personal skills.
“Karyn always takes the time to talk to every single person and make them feel important. It’s a very special gift to have.”
