Welcome to Wellbeing Month!

 

This year Wellbeing Month is an interactive quest style challenge; The Path to Wellbeing, where you will work towards increasing your wellbeing by completing activities on 8 healthy habits that promote overall wellbeing!

Join us on this journey and learn some skills to increase your wellbeing and be in to win some great prizes along the way!

Keep up-to-date with all the happenings throughout the month by joining the chattR channel #wellbeing-month-2020

Path To Wellbeing Instructions:

1. Download and save the Path to Wellbeing from Resources page (or ask your Assistant to the Manager or Site Administrator to help you).

2. During the month, complete activities from Resources page for each Healthy Habit and tick off the icon on the path. Use the activity suggestion sheet or come up with your own ideas!

3. There are some team challenges that you can choose to do throughout the month – see Resources page. The more challenges you complete and submit to us – the more chances you have to win prizes!

4. Once you have completed activities for all 8 Healthy Habits, email your completed Path to Wellbeing to wellbeing@rymanhealthcare.com for entry into the grand prize draw! Note – if you have a printed copy and do not have access to a scanner then please return it to your Assistant to the Manager or Site Administrator and they can do this for you.
