A very successful Pet Parade was held at Jane Winstone on the Monday 18 April, with 17 pets brought into the resthome for residents to pet and admire.
We had a variety of dogs, a turtle, a gorgeous cat, village resident budgie and Bozo the (bigger) lamb who was a frequent visitor when being bottle feed. He knew where he was and strolled around like he owned the place, with his nappy on.
Two residents were the judges and gave out ribbons and cups to the successful winning pets.
The labradoodle puppy (Mildred) was the overall winner!
