Our Cuisine Club comes around every two months and residents can book in for this evening of fine cuisine. This time the menu was Country Style Duck pate with French bread and a side salad. The main was Honey Roast Loin of Pork with Black pudding and Caramelised Apple rings, baby roast vegetables and fondant potatoes.
Dessert was Charlotte Old Salzburg. We started with pre-dinner drinks and finished the evening off with coffee and port.
