Our Cuisine Club come around every two months and the menu is always eagerly awaited so residents can book for this evening of fine cuisine. This time around the menu was Country Style Duck Pate with French Bread and a Side Salad.
The main was Honey Roast Loin or Pork with Black Pudding and Caramelised Apple Rings, accompanied by Baby Roast Vegetables and Fondant Potatoes. And last but not least the dessert was Charlotte old Salzburg.
We started with pre dinner drinks and finished the evening off with coffee and port. A fantastic night where residents can talk to people they may not catch up with during their busy days.
