The New Zealand finale of the Ryman by Annah Stretton roadshow tours was an awesome day at Jean Sandel in New Plymouth. Under the watchful gaze of magnificent Mt Taranaki the village brimmed with energy, laughter and enthusiastic residents and staff eager for the event to begin.
Village manager Belinda Burke said she wanted the tour to end with a bang and with more than 40 models boogying on the catwalk it was the biggest event on tour.
She also thought it was a good idea to have different uniforms for different roles. “It helps identify who they are. It’s amazing how beautifully they did the lounge up and I think the gardeners look lovely too.”
