Recently here is Salisbury we have enjoyed baking a variety of items over the past few months. Gingerbread men, pikelets, scones, chocolate fondue to name a few. Our absolute favourite was when we baked and decorated our homemade dairy free mini cakes. It was marvellous making our own icing and when we ran out of piping bags, we had to improvise and make out own out of sandwich bags. After all this excitement we got to eat them, or give them to our family.
