The Auckland Veterans and Vintage Car Club visited the village at the end of the Daffodil Day Car Run.
Residents, their families and staff loved seeing the vintage cars up close and personal. Around 25 cars made the rounds with the oldest car being the 1903 Oldsmobile. The star of the show was the 1915 Renault Charabanc, and many took the opportunity to take a ride in it.
Resident Fred Baker also brought his 1940 Buick and Norton motorbike.
It was a fabulous day for all the petrol heads at Edmund Hillary!
