Care centre visits

Visitors are not required to use the online booking system at this time.

Wherever possible, we would appreciate visits to be between 10am-5pm, any day of the week.

We also strongly encourage families to connect digitally with their loved ones. If you would like to arrange a video call and the resident needs assistance with this, please contact the village and we will make a plan to support this.

Please note:

Anyone with cold or flu-like symptoms (or signs of any other infectious illness) must postpone their visit until they are well again.

We encourage you to complete your own RAT test before visiting. You may be required to test at entry if the region is experiencing a spike in COVID transmission.

Please fill out the digital declaration upon arrival.

A suitable mask must be worn during your visit. If needed, the village will provide this to you.

When children are visiting the care centre, please visit directly with your loved one in their room as much as possible.

Children entering the care centre should wear a mask if this is achievable. The village have a supply of small masks if needed - please ask at reception

While case numbers remain high throughout the country, we ask you to please continue to visit in small numbers e.g. two people at a time.
