All Auckland villages
This is a quick update following the new case of COVID-19 in the community in South Auckland and the Government’s decision to put the Auckland region into COVID-19 Alert Level 3 for seven days from Saturday February 27.
We will be closing our care centres and serviced apartments to visitors from this morning, and our village centres will also be closed to all activities for the time being.
Our team members will be wearing face shields and masks again as part of the precautions.
Visits for residents in palliative or end-of-life care will still be permitted, just get in touch with our team to make arrangements.
For our independent and serviced apartment residents, we ask that you stay home and follow the Level 3 guidelines.
Just a reminder the rules under level 3 are straight forward – stay home in your household bubble and do not visit anyone else.
The best thing you can do to help is to stay put for the next week.
As we did during the previous lockdowns, we will deliver you anything you need urgently – just let us know!
Help is at hand – just ask!
If you have any questions about any challenges you or a family member is facing, please talk to your village manager.
If you are concerned for the welfare of any of our residents, or you think they could do with a friendly call or visit from a member of our team, please do not hesitate to get in touch with either your village manager or our support team on email@example.com
Any resident who needs counselling is welcome to call our OCP service on 0800 377 990.
For more general inquiries you can call 0800 588 222 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
