I have spent
This week
With creative,
Innovative,
Sensitive people
All with one desire:
To reach higher
Than before:
Even to deserve an encore.

Somewhat orchestrated
By the sweet Claire
Who was there
With ‘phone and text
Never at rest.

Then Melanie –
Asking the questions,
But always knowing
That meaning was flowing
Through her direction.
……….
So I have been blessed
But humbled,
Inspired,
Yet comfortable
With such creators
In the heat,
In the cold,
In the inconvenient settings:
Even the dangerous settings;
With such careful steppings,
To see their devotion
To their ultimate ambition—
Their creative vision.
