Episode 16 - Getting older and more creative

Dr Doug and Dave drift off, into the world of creativity. Often considered the realm of 20-something whizz-kids, there are plenty of examples of incredibly creative people changing the world later in life.

World-renowned architect Frank Lloyd Wright completed the Guggenheim museum in New York when he was 92. Michelangelo continued sculpting artistic wonders until he was 88. And celebrated folk artist Grandma Moses started painting in her 70s.

Commonly defined as ‘thoughts created outside of mainstream thinking’, creativity can look like an original thought, outside the box ideas, highly innovative approaches, and fresh perspective.

Dr Doug and Dave explore how much untapped creative potential you might have and where it may be coming from.
