Serviced Apartments

The Boss is back!

Read Yvonne and Clare's story here

What is a serviced apartment?

Serviced apartments are usually one-bedroom or studio apartments that come with a range of services including meals, housekeeping services, morning and afternoon tea.

They are located near the village centre, and overlook attractive gardens and courtyards.

You have the independence and privacy of owning your own home, to have your precious things around you and entertain guests, while enjoying some assistance with daily tasks.

All apartments have an emergency call bell system, so you can relax, knowing that extra help is close at hand if needed.

Serviced apartments come with an Assisted Living package, and additional service and package options can be added.

Many residents say that serviced apartment living has taken their worries away and given them renewed confidence.

What is included in the Assisted Living package?

The Assisted Living package comprises a range of services including but not limited to:

  • Housekeeping and bed linen laundry services
  • Morning and afternoon tea and a cooked midday meal in the dining room
  • Rates, maintenance, insurance, electricity and water costs
  • Activities programme
  • Regular outings including shopping trips

To see the full range of services and packages available, please view the Serviced Apartment book.
