We warmly invite you to hear about the property market and to gain expert tips on how to present your home for sale. We will explain how it can be marketed,  the types of listing, and how a home auction works.

You are welcome to join us for afternoon tea following the presentation, and will have the opportunity to chat with us about your retirement living options.

Stroke foundation visit

Friday 1 February, 10am - Evelyn Page Retirement Village

You are warmly invited to join us for a presentation by our 2018/19 charity partner, the Stroke Foundation.

With high blood pressure being the number one risk factor in having a stroke, they have set up a mobile blood pressure clinic which will travel the length of New Zealand.

This van will be available to visit following the presentation for a free blood pressure check.

To book your place, please RSVP to reception on 421 1915 by Wednesday 30 January.

A gold coin donation on entry is welcome.

NZSO guest speaker - Zac Johns

Wednesday 13 February, 2pm - Bob Scott Retirement Village

You are warmly invited to join us as Zac Johns speaks about life at
the NZSO. He will introduce the repertoire from the NZSO’s latest season – Classical Hits – and will talk about what life is like on the road for a touring musician.

Zac himself is active in the musical world and has conducted Auckland seasons of Sister Act, Evita and Mamma Mia!, among others. He has also been involved in helping to produce concerts for Variety – the children’s charity.

His presentation will be followed by a brief Q&A before afternoon tea.
