Our corporate team’s core function is to provide support and expertise to ensure the rest of our departments can deliver a retirement living experience good enough for mum, or dad. Whilst sitting in specialised teams our corporate staff can often be found in our villages or construction sites and spending time in other departments, learning about their needs and providing advice.
