Care centre visits
Visitors are not required to use the online booking system at this time.
Wherever possible, we would appreciate visits to be between 10am-5pm, any day of the week.
We also strongly encourage families to connect digitally with their loved ones. If you would like to arrange a video call and the resident needs assistance with this, please contact the village and we will make a plan to support this.
Please note:
- Anyone with cold or flu-like symptoms (or signs of any other infectious illness) must postpone their visit until they are well again.
- We encourage you to complete your own RAT test before visiting. You may be required to test at entry if the region is experiencing a spike in COVID transmission.
- Please fill out the digital declaration upon arrival.
- A suitable mask must be worn during your visit. If needed, the village will provide this to you.
- When children are visiting the care centre, please visit directly with your loved one in their room as much as possible.
- Children entering the care centre should wear a mask if this is achievable. The village have a supply of small masks if needed - please ask at reception
- While case numbers remain high throughout the country, we ask you to please continue to visit in small numbers e.g. two people at a time.
