Malvina Major Retirement Village Royal Wedding Celebrations 

The village residents joined in with the whole wide world to celebrate the marriage of William & Kate “Duke & Duchess of Cambridge”. We started the celebrations in the Seville Bar Conservatory where residents gathered in their wedding finery. They all looked rather wonderful and were quite excited about the Royal Wedding.

Toast Master Philip Liner started by wishing the young couple all the happiness that love and marriage can bring. When the young couple had been toasted in traditional style a scrumptious afternoon tea was served. There was a display of royal mementos which brought lots of laughs and memories. We finished off the celebrations with prizes which were presented with great laughter and hilarity by Jamie Preston our Village Manager for the most stylish wedding attire.

Residents finished off the celebrations with happy hour.
