Royal Afternoon Tea
On Monday the 7th June we observed the Queen's birthday so on the sunny Wednesday following we celebrated at Malvina by holding a royal afternoon tea with very special guests Queen Elizabeth and a dear friend and companion called Margaret.

Teddy Bears Picnic - que
Mid February saw us hold a fabulous ‘Teddy Bears Picnic-que’ with residents bringing along their furry teddy friends to the Figaro Atrium.


Dame Malvina Major has a wide range of notable successes during her career, including winning the New Zealand Mobil Song Quest in 1963, the Melbourne Sun Aria in 1964 and the Kathleen Ferrier Competition in London in 1966.
