Triple A at Grace Joel
Our Triple-A Circuit and Functional Fitness Classes are continuing to be well attended. Our instructor Kathy has a new selection of songs which is certainly encouraging sing-a-longs while we exercise.


Grace Joel was an early New Zealand painter. She studied at the National Gallery School in Melbourne and was also taught by Italian artist Girolam Nerli.
