Evelyn Page Retirement Village Triple A Launch

The much anticipated launch of our Triple A exercise programme was very well attended by townhouse residents. It was wonderful to watch everyone participating with enthusiasm and laughter! Our instructor, Tracy, led the residents through a lively warm up followed by a circuit class and a cool down to finish. The general consensus was, ‘we will be back for more!’
