On Thursday the 25th of April, we held an Anzac Service in our Village Atrium here at Ernest Rutherford. The service was led by Durham Quigley, our Village Manager.
Ernest Rutherford Retirement Village A Month Full of Activities
We have been busy here at Ernest Rutherford this month, with activities, such as celebrating Saint Patrick's Day, making hot cross buns, going out on an Easter picnic, a barbecue lunch at Rabbit Island and going to Tapewera Hotel for lunch to name a few.
Ernest Rutherford retirement village Valentines Day fun
On Valentines Day, the resthome held a social dance. The Nelson Social Dance Club came and gave us a display of all the different Dances.
Ernest Rutherford Family Fun Day
This month, Ernest Rutherford held a family fun day on the village green.
Residents, staff, neighbours and their families were invited to come along and enjoy a great afternoon.
