Edmund Hillary Retirement Village Breast Cancer Research Trust Talk

Well-known fashion designer Trelise Cooper and Edmund Hillary Retirement Village recently raised $3,500 for the Breast Cancer Cure Research Trust at a special evening held at the Village Centre.

Trelise is the trust’s patron. Attended by over 140 people, the evening started with drinks and nibbles. Guests could purchase Breast Cancer Cure Research Trust umbrellas designed by Andre Hemer for $25 or $50 mystery bags.

An introduction from Tony Moffatt, Chief Executive of the Breast Cancer Cure Research Trust, was followed by a silent auction and a raffle.

Everyone was pleased with the $3,500 raised on the night.
