Bob Owens Retirement Village Construction Update

We have had some wild weather that temporarily slowed a few things down on site, but the sun has returned and our fast progress continued!

Already we have a lot of the site well underway and our Village Centre is on track for its March completion date. The first stage of townhouses are also progressing well and will be ready for our first residents in mid December.

The building platforms are also starting to be formed for the next stages of townhouses and construction is moving along well.

Our independent apartments slab is down, block work is completed and the framing and trusses are well underway, along with the roof and front entry. These are due for completion at the end of January 2012.
