Anthony Wilding Retirement Village Royal Wedding Celebrations 

In April we celebrated happy hour in style and had our own Royal Wedding. To the delight of the Anthony Wilding residents, Kate (aka – Nicki) and William (aka – Tony Van Rooyen, Anthony Wilding Serviced Apartment resident) entered the village lounge for happy hour on the back of the golf cart.

William dressed in a top hat and tails, along with his war medals and Kate with her long brown flowing hair, wedding gown, veil and tiara and a big royal wave for the crowd. Many of the other residents dressed up in their best clothes and tiaras joined them in celebrating the Royal Wedding.

We had a wonderful time and even enjoyed some dancing to the piano music of Roger Gillett.
