At Ryman Healthcare we firmly believe in protecting the interests of our residents and we pride ourselves on offering some of the most resident friendly terms in New Zealand. Over the past 20 years we have developed the Ryman Peace of Mind Guarantees, which are designed to protect both you and your family. The Ryman Peace of Mind Guarantees are available exclusively to Ryman retirement village residents.
These ten guarantees have been put in place so our residents have the assurance that their investment is secure and to give certainty over their weekly payments. We know how important it is to our residents to be confident that their families are not burdened with continuing fees once their apartment is surrendered. We guarantee when your apartment is vacated permanently, the weekly fees and the deferred management fee will stop immediately. Furthermore, when your occupancy advance is repaid to you, the deferred management fee will be capped at a maximum of 20% and you will not be affected by any capital loss on your apartment. You know with certainty what the return from your apartment will be.
