Our philosophy is to exceed the expectations of our residents and their family and friends, with Villages that provide for all levels of care, balanced with impressive facilities and exceptional staff.

Our strategy is to develop integrated retirement villages that provide a range of retirement living options, including:

• Independent Living in Townhouses or Apartments
• Assisted Living in Serviced Apartments
• Care Centre – Resthome, Hospital and Specialised level care

By providing a range of options in each Village, we can cater to the unique requirements of each individual resident and any changing circumstances that arise during their time living in our Village. We have found that this gives families and friends comfort that their loved one has the support and care within the Village, if there is a change in their health or personal circumstances. It also means that couples who might experience differing levels of care, can also be together in their own home, or within the Village.

We believe in providing a place that residents will be proud to call their home. Our Villages are built in attractive locations, nestled amongst existing communities, so our residents can easily retain their ties with their families, friends and community groups, and of course our residents develop new and treasured friendships within the village.

We have our own team of architects, landscape designers and interior designers, of whom have been with the company for several  years. We trust in our team who constantly exceed their accomplishments from previous developments, to build unprecedented Villages throughout New Zealand.

We work closely with the District Health Boards to provide modern and high quality facilities for residents in their local community.
