The Antarctic Centre was a fabulous destination for an outing recently. We were able to see the blue penguins being fed! This was an amazing sight seeing their individual personalities.
We then went into the Storm Room which let us feel what it would be like to experience a snowstorm on Scott Base with a wind chill factor of -23 degrees C - it was freezing for the few of us left to brave it!
“We love living here at the village. It has everything we need, both for today and for the future. We couldn’t be happier”
