Debbie Dorday & Jim Joll Show at Malvina Major Retirement Village

Residents of the Malvina Major Retirement Village and invited guests were treated to a special show from two of New Zealand’s most popular performers Debbie Dorday and Jim Joll recently. The village was transformed to a colourful glittering theatre to host the spectacular event. There was a full one and a half hours of entertainment with all the glitz and glamour of Las Vegas! Glamorous show girls in tights and feathers, handsome men singing great songs, wonderful solo guitar playing, colour, lights, terrific musical acts and dances. It was as if we were in another part of the world entertainment scene.There was a delicious afternoon tea to follow, as well as rave reviews of the show. This was a fabulous afternoon with residents and visitors asking when we can have them perform at Malvina Major Retirement Village again in the future.
