Ngaio Marsh Retirement Village along with Silver Ferns Captain Julie Seymour recently held a very successful Triple-A-athon. Throughout the morning, teams of residents took part in a Triple A circuit class, mini golf, bowls, petanque and many other activities to raise money for the Ryman national charity Arthritis New Zealand and to prove that age is no barrier to being active. This was a fabulous day where everyone had a ball as well as raising an impressive $2,500 for Arthritis New Zealand. We all look forward to next years Triple-A-athon.
“The neighbours round here are exceptional, we all look after each other but we don’t intrude, its really very nice. ”
