Independent Apartment

The Independent Apartments are occupied by residents who wish to retain a significant level of independence, but also appreciate the companionship, security, organised recreational facilities, and they have the comfort of knowing that, should they need it, help is at hand quickly. Each unit features nurse call alarms monitored 24 hours per day, seven days a week by our own village staff.

Our modern apartments are developed by the in-house Ryman architectural team and offer the latest designs in Retirement Living. The homes are designed to allow residents ease of care and are nestled amongst beautiful landscaped gardens surrounded by friendly neighbours.

Residents can retain a high level of independence whilst living in the village, and to make life a little easier they can choose from a range of services on request.

Independent residents have the use of all the village facilities at their leisure and often form groups and organisations within the village community. They receive fantastic services including maintenance, lawnmowing, window cleaning and much more.
