Our Villages are fully supported with strategic, policy, HR and administrative functions leaving our nursing staff and Nurse Managers to focus on what they are good at – delivering the highest quality of nursing care.

We employ student Nurses, Registered Nurses, Nurse Managers, Clinical Nurse Managers, Village and Hospital Managers and Rest Home Co-ordinators.  Nurses at all levels are assured of excellent practical support, supervision and ongoing professional development. We are the only  New Zealand’s Aged Care Provider offering a specialist ongoing professional development education programme for nurses.

With our extensive Village network very real scope exists for those interested in career development and a transition in to nursing and village management.

While aged care experience and/or qualifications are highly regarded and rewarded we welcome expressions of interest and applications from those outside the sector.
